How do I place an order?
Email permianbasinpartyco@gmail.com with what you need (item type, quantity, size, deadline, and any artwork). We’ll confirm details and send a quote.
When does production start?
Production begins after your quote is approved and any required deposit/payment is received. For custom designs, production starts after final artwork approval.
What is your turnaround time?
Non-custom orders are ready in 2 business days. Custom orders: turnaround varies and will be quoted after details.
Can I make changes after approval?
Small changes may be possible before production begins. Once production starts, changes may require a new quote and timeline.
Do you offer refunds or reprints?
Because most items are made-to-order, refunds are not available once production begins. If there’s a defect or an error on our end, contact us within 48 hours of delivery/pickup so we can make it right.
Do you ship or offer local pickup?
Yes—local pickup is available in Odessa, TX, and we ship nationwide in the United States. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by order size and destination.
